The Law Offices of Hilary Smith, LLC provides legal services mainly in the areas of U.S. immigration and naturalization law. Our philosophy is to treat clients with sincerity and respect and to provide kind, personal service with attention to quality and detail. We understand that the immigration process can often be an emotional and frustrating experience.  We aim to make the process as understandable and smooth as possible for our clients.

Hilary Smith, Attorney at Law

Attorney Hilary Smith earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree from S.U.N.Y. College at Purchase in New York, and a Juris Doctorate Degree from John Marshall Law School in Atlanta. Her undergraduate studies focused on language and culture, political science, and anthropology. Prior to becoming an attorney she was a paralegal in the field of immigration law for 12 years. 

Her interest in immigration law comes as no surprise. She has always had a fascination with all things international including languages, customs, religions, music, cinema, and cuisines. Among her closest friends are people from diverse backgrounds and nationalities.  She speaks English, Spanish-as-a-Second-Language, and is conversant in French.  She is honored to be able to assist clients in attaining their immigration goals.
